Sadbhav Infrastructure Project's board approved Q1 FY27 unaudited results (quarter ended 30 June 2026) with a modified audit opinion. Statutory auditor SGDG and Associates resigned from 12 August 2026, citing the company's limited operational scale versus the firm's size. Two new independent directors, Jaldeep Patel and Ankit Shah, were appointed. Board also approved pledging shares and disposing assets of material subsidiaries SHAPL, MBCPNL, SNHL, SRHL and SVHL, subject to shareholder approval. 20th AGM set for 30 September 2026.
Auditor exit mid-term with a modified opinion may raise governance concerns; new directors and subsidiary asset pledges await shareholder nod at the AGM.
