The Board has accepted his resignation and recorded appreciation for his contributions. To ensure continuity, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Abhishek Kayan as Deputy CFO and Senior Management Personnel, effective the same date. Mr. Abhishek has 20 years of finance experience in the healthcare services sector and currently serves as Group Head of FP&A & IR and Head of Finance for the Americas region at Sagility. He holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow and a B.Tech degree.
