On the reaction day the stock moved 0.1 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 1.1 pts more than its IT Enabled Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Sagility declared an interim dividend of Rs. 0.15 per share for FY2026-27 for eligible holders on the October 30, 2026 record date. Resident individuals normally face 10% tax at source, or 20% if PAN is missing or invalid. Non-residents face 20% plus extra charges, or a lower treaty rate with complete documents. Tax forms are due by November 3, 2026.
The dividend adds shareholder income, but tax reduces the net cash received. Missing paperwork can trigger 20% tax deduction and loss of a lower rate.
