SAL Automotive Limited posted FY25 total income of Rs 37,949 lakhs, up from Rs 30,848 lakhs last year, with operating revenue rising about 23% to Rs 37,776 lakhs. Profit after tax for the year grew modestly to Rs 539 lakhs versus Rs 510 lakhs in FY24, while annual EPS came in at Rs 5.84 (basic and diluted). The Board has recommended a 25% equity dividend (Rs 2.50 per share) and had earlier allotted 1:1 bonus shares on 4th April 2025 by capitalising general reserves. Statutory auditor Mangla Associates issued an unmodified opinion, and operating cash flow remained healthy at Rs 1,094 lakhs.
Strong top-line growth and a healthy dividend are positives for shareholders, but margins are slightly under pressure and PAT growth is modest, so stock reaction will likely depend on whether margin expansion follows in coming quarters.
