On the reaction day the stock moved 0.5 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.4 pts more than its Industrial Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
NCLT-convened shareholder meeting on Aug 8, 2026 approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Hill View Infrabuild with Salasar Techno Engineering. 99.75 percent of votes polled were in favour overall, and 98.11 percent from public shareholders. Swap ratio: 2,87,430 new equity shares of Rs 1 plus 8,358 5 percent non-cumulative CRPS of Rs 10 for every 100 Hill View shares. Appointed date April 1, 2025. Next step: NCLT sanction.
Scheme moves to NCLT for final approval. If sanctioned, Hill View merges into Salasar with minor equity dilution and CRPS issuance.
