Salona Cotspin board has re-jigged top leadership effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Manoj Kumar Jhajharia elevated from Joint Managing Director to Managing Director for a five year term. Mr. Shyam Lal Agarwala steps down from Chairman and Managing Director role to become Chairman and Director. Both changes need shareholder approval at the next AGM. The board also appointed M/s P S G & Co, Chartered Accountants as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. Both directors have relatives already serving on the board.
Internal succession shuffle within promoter family. Agarwala moves to non-executive Chairman; Jhajharia takes over MD role. No SEBI debarment issues. Subject to AGM approval.
