Samhi Hotels, through its wholly owned subsidiary SAMHI Skyline Private Limited, has signed an agreement with Ingka Centres India Private Limited to lease an upscale ~162-room hotel in Noida. The hotel will be part of Ingka Centres' upcoming ~2.5 million sq. ft. mixed-use development. Under the capital-efficient structure, Ingka will lease the building with facade and engineering, while Samhi will invest in interior fit-outs. The hotel will be managed under an international hotel brand to be determined later. This project expands Samhi's Delhi NCR presence, where it already operates the Hyatt Place Gurgaon, Holiday Inn Express Gurgaon, and Holiday Inn Express Greater Noida. The company has a portfolio of 31 operating hotels with 4,904 rooms across 13 cities.
