SAMHI Hotels reported unaudited Q2 FY27 total income of Rs 3,427 million, up 15.6%, and EBITDA of Rs 1,238 million, up 12.0%. Occupancy rose to 78.6% and same-store revenue per available room grew 14.3%. Reported profit after tax was Rs 411 million, down 58.8% due to an Rs 841 million exceptional gain in the prior year; excluding one-offs, it rose 136.9% to Rs 372 million. Free cash flow was Rs 827 million, and net debt was 3.1 times EBITDA.
Strong operating growth supports the outlook, but reported profit is distorted by prior-year one-offs. GST margin pressure and leverage are risks.
