Samvardhana Motherson International has incorporated MHSCL JVC Holding Limited in Dubai on August 19, 2026 as a 51:49 joint venture with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics (MESA) Holding Limited. Motherson holds 51 percent (510 shares) and Hellmann holds 49 percent (490 shares). Initial capital is 1,000 shares at USD 1,000 face value each, totaling USD 1 million. The JV will offer supply chain, third-party and fourth-party logistics services to the global automotive industry, excluding Japan. This follows the JV agreement signed in March 2026.
