Sanathan Textiles is doubling its Technical Textiles yarn capacity at its Silvassa facility from 9,000 MTPA to 18,000 MTPA. Civil works are complete and plant and machinery from Rieter Barmag, Germany are installed. Commercial production from the expanded capacity is expected to begin in August 2026. The expansion supports demand across automotive, agriculture, defence, infrastructure, healthcare and industrial safety segments.
Capacity expansion positions the company to tap the high-growth technical textiles segment in India, which could support future revenue and margin growth.
