Sandhar Technologies has completed the sale of its entire stake in two joint ventures — Kwangsung Sandhar Technologies Private Limited (KSTPL) and Kwangsung Sandhar Automotive Systems Private Limited (KSASPL) — to Korean partner Kwangsung Corporation Ltd. The company has received the full consideration of about ₹10.08 crore for its 50% stake in KSTPL and ₹0.99 crore for its 4.5% direct stake in KSASPL, totalling roughly ₹11.07 crore. This follows the Share Purchase Agreement signed on 19th June 2025. Consequently, both KSTPL and KSASPL will cease to be joint ventures of Sandhar, marking a full exit from these entities.
The deal is small in size relative to Sandhar's overall business, so the immediate financial impact is modest, though it simplifies the company's portfolio and brings in cash. Exiting the Korean JVs removes any future earnings contribution from these ventures, which is broadly neutral to slightly negative for shareholders.
