Sandu Pharmaceuticals reported FY25 revenue from operations of Rs 6,719.24 lakhs, almost flat compared to Rs 6,728.07 lakhs in FY24 (a marginal 0.13% dip). Net profit for the year rose to Rs 154.89 lakhs from Rs 146.07 lakhs, a 6% YoY increase, with EPS at Rs 1.60 vs Rs 1.51. Q4 FY25 revenue came in at Rs 1,406.92 lakhs, down about 9.8% from Rs 1,559.77 lakhs in Q4 FY24, while Q4 profit fell to Rs 32.64 lakhs from Rs 59.24 lakhs. The company sold its wholly owned subsidiary Sandu Phytoceuticals Pvt Ltd in August 2024, so FY25 consolidated results include the subsidiary only up to that date. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.80 (8%) per share and appointed new Secretarial and Cost Auditors. The statutory auditor (Dileep & Prithvi) issued an unmodified opinion.
Full-year results are steady with slight revenue softness offset by modest profit growth, suggesting stable operations for shareholders. The proposed 8% dividend and clean audit opinion are positive signals, though Q4 weakness in both revenue and profit may draw some investor attention.
