Agastya Energy and Infrastructure has secured an EPC and O&M contract worth Rs 106.04 crore (including taxes, excluding O&M charges) from IMC Solar BDN LLP. The scope covers design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a 47.8 MW solar power plant spread across 15 sites, to be completed within 150 days of land allotment. IMC Solar BDN LLP is a step down subsidiary of Agastya, so this is a related party transaction, conducted at arm's length. The order supports the companys pivot from chemicals to energy and infrastructure.
Order boosts order book meaningfully. Related party nature and land acquisition dependency are key risks. Watch execution progress.
