On the reaction day the stock moved 3.4 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Sanginita Chemicals allotted 1,52,87,356 equity shares at Rs 13.05 each (face value Rs 10, premium Rs 3.05) to BNG Investment LLC, shareholder of Agastya Green Energy Limited, on a preferential basis. This completes part of the share swap deal to acquire 100 percent stake in AGEL. The allotment follows EGM approval on April 11, 2026 and NSE in-principle approval on June 3, 2026. Acquirer Anubhav Agarwal has deposited full open offer consideration.
Shareholders may see dilution from new shares. Acquisition diversifies into green energy, though integration and execution risks remain.
