Sanmit Infra's subsidiary, Sanmit Truevalue Infraprojects, received a domestic work order from ARPI Infratec for micro surfacing 200,000 square metres on the HAM PN-53 road in Solapur. The contract is worth Rs 3.1624 crore including GST, runs from November 7, 2026 to January 5, 2027, and includes a Rs 20 lakh mobilization advance. Bills are payable within seven days, with 5% retained until completion of the 24-month defect period.
The order may add near-term revenue for the subsidiary, but 5% retention, defect obligations and execution timing could delay part of the cash benefit.
