Citigroup Global Markets, the manager to the open offer for Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India, has reported share tendering progress. The open offer is for up to 59,87,962 equity shares (26% of voting share capital) from public shareholders, made by Opal Bidco SAS along with Clayton, Dubilier & Rice Fund XII, L.P. As of May 6, 2025, a total of 18,30,349 equity shares have been tendered, representing 30.57% of the offer size. Of these, 2,95,708 shares (4.94% of offer size) were tendered on the last reporting day. The shares are held in an escrow demat account and are subject to validation before final acceptance.
