Sanofi India's board approved audited results for the financial year ended December 31, 2025. Revenue from operations fell to ₹18,374 crore from ₹20,132 crore in FY24, impacted by lower export sales (down ₹1,481 million) due to the anticipated end of a contract with Zentiva. Profit before tax from continuing operations rose slightly to ₹4,447 crore versus ₹4,314 crore, while net profit from continuing operations grew to ₹3,267 crore (EPS of ₹141.85 vs ₹136.21). The board recommended a final dividend of ₹48 per share, taking total FY25 dividend to ₹123 per share (including ₹75 interim). On the board, Mr. Rodolfo Hrosz resigned as Non-Executive Director effective February 28, 2026 due to other commitments. Ms. Sudipta Chakraborty (ex-Aditya Birla Group legal head) was appointed as Whole-time Director and KMP for 3 years from March 1, 2026, and Mrs. Rajani Kesari (former CFO of Nayara Energy) was appointed as Independent Director for 5 years from April 1, 2026. Statutory auditors Price Waterhouse issued an unmodified opinion.
Shareholders get a healthy total dividend of ₹123 per share, though the topline decline from export losses is a concern. The new director appointments strengthen governance and legal expertise, but the export contract loss with Zentiva is a near-term revenue headwind worth monitoring.
