Sansera Engineering reported Q1 FY26 standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 6,678.64 million, down about 2% from Rs. 6,814.88 million in Q1 FY25. Standalone profit after tax rose to Rs. 603.48 million from Rs. 502.81 million, a roughly 20% increase, with basic EPS of Rs. 9.75 versus Rs. 9.37. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew about 3% to Rs. 7,663.05 million and net profit jumped nearly 26% to Rs. 629.84 million, helped by lower finance costs (Rs. 104.21 million vs Rs. 192.62 million). Statutory auditor Deloitte Haskins & Sells issued an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion on both sets of results. The board also confirmed the 43rd AGM on September 26, 2025, and noted the proposed Rs. 3.25 per share final dividend for FY25.
Mixed signals for shareholders: top-line softened on a standalone basis but consolidated revenue and profit both improved, with a sharp drop in interest costs boosting earnings. A clean audit opinion removes near-term governance concerns, while the upcoming AGM and dividend approval remain the next near-term catalysts.
