Sansera Engineering reported strong FY26 results with standalone revenue of Rs 30,981.70 million (up 14% from Rs 27,186.85 million in FY25) and profit after tax of Rs 2,981.71 million (up 45% from Rs 2,059.61 million). Q4 FY26 revenue was Rs 8,858.52 million with PAT of Rs 1,039.72 million. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 4 per share (200% on Rs 2 face value), subject to shareholder approval. Deloitte Haskins & Sells issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. Finance costs dropped significantly from Rs 594.45 million to Rs 236.71 million. Three new independent directors were appointed: Ms. Radhika Govind Rajan (finance/family office), Mr. Deepak Ghaisas (tech/venture capital), and Mr. Venkataram Mamillapalle (automotive/global sourcing).
Strong earnings growth with 45% PAT increase and clean audit signals financial health. The dividend and new independent directors with automotive expertise should boost investor confidence. Finance cost reduction indicates improved leverage management.
