On the reaction day the stock moved 12.2 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 13.7 pts more than its Media & Entertainment peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board approved unaudited results for the quarter ended 30 September 2026. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 31,430 lakh from Rs 23,003 lakh, and net profit to Rs 6,417 lakh from Rs 4,383 lakh. Half-year revenue was Rs 57,790 lakh and profit Rs 11,605 lakh. The Board also approved voluntary liquidation of Kolkata Metro Networks, subject to approvals, and closure of Saregama FZE, Dubai.
Strong profit growth may support the stock, while winding up two subsidiaries simplifies the group but could bring one-off closure costs.
