Saregama India's material subsidiary, Pocket Aces Pictures Private Limited, will acquire 100% equity share capital of Finnet Media Private Limited, a media and influencer marketing company, for a cash consideration of about Rs. 8.70 crore. After the deal, Finnet will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Pocket Aces. Separately, Pocket Aces will also acquire 2,88,235 Optionally Convertible Preference Shares (OCPS) of Finnet after two years at a price to be determined later. Finnet reported revenues of Rs. 20.93 crore in FY23 and Rs. 23.04 crore in FY24. The transaction is not a related-party deal and is expected to close on or before October 30, 2025.
This acquisition strengthens Pocket Aces' influencer and talent management business, adding operational synergies and broader market reach. While the deal size is relatively small compared to Saregama's overall scale, it signals continued investment in digital content and influencer marketing, which could be a positive long-term growth signal for shareholders.
