FY26 Annual Report: Sales up but profit falls sharply, no dividend

Sarup Industries filed its 47th Annual Report for FY26. Sales rose slightly to about 1,608 lakh from 1,597 lakh. However, net profit dropped sharply to about 57 lakh from 479 lakh, with PBT at about 37 lakh versus 459 lakh. No dividend declared. AGM is set for September 30, 2026 via video conferencing. Two new Independent Directors, Ms. Harnarinder Deep Kaur and Mr. Balwinder Khurana, are proposed for appointment. The company relaunched the Lotus Bawa brand and is associated with Shalimar Corp on a shopping mall project.
