On the reaction day the stock moved 0.2 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and in line with its Retailing peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Tavexia Lifecare (formerly Sattva Sukun) will acquire a 60% controlling stake in Meyonex Pharmaceuticals for ₹67.19 Crore via cash subscription of about 2.10 crore fresh equity shares at ₹32 each. Meyonex runs a manufacturing and commercial facility in MIDC Tarapur, Maharashtra. The company is also expanding into APIs, formulations, CDMO/CRAMS, nutraceuticals, and biotech, and has amended its main object clause. Management plans further fund-raising through equity or convertible instruments.
Strategic pivot into pharma manufacturing could boost long-term growth, but expect share dilution from upcoming fund-raising. Watch for execution risk.
