Mehta as the Chief Financial Officer( CFO ) for an interim period effective from 26th July, 2025, till the another CFO joins the office and is assigned the roles and responsibilities. Consequently, Mr. Rakesh Mehta would also be the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.

He is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Financial Management and brings over 40 years of experience in finance, corporate planning, and strategy. Notably, he previously served as CFO of Saurashtra Cement from October 2014 to March 2023 and was already working as a Finance Consultant with the company before this appointment.
