Board appoints DMJ and Partners as Secretarial Auditor for five years

Sayaji Hotels Indore board on 28 July 2026 approved the appointment of M/s DMJ and Partners, Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor for a five year term, starting from the end of the 8th AGM to the end of the 13th AGM. The appointment follows Audit Committee recommendation and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. DMJ and Partners is described as a multidisciplinary firm with over 30 years of combined partner experience in corporate governance and regulatory advisory.
