Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited has announced a change in its Chief Financial Officer position. Ms. Suparna Banerjee Bhattacharyya, the current CFO, will resign effective close of business hours on September 15, 2025, to pursue a career opportunity outside the organization. Her resignation was first communicated on July 21, 2025. Mr. Omkar Prasad will take over as the new CFO with effect from September 16, 2025. He currently serves as Chief Accounting Officer for Greater India at Schneider Electric (covering India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh) and brings over two decades of experience in finance, tax, risk management, and digital transformation. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and an IIM Bangalore alumnus.
