SecMark Consultancy reported Q1 FY27 (June 2026) total income of Rs 10.71 cr versus Rs 6.94 cr in Q1 FY26, a jump of about 55 percent. Net loss narrowed sharply to Rs 18.66 lakhs from Rs 89.99 lakhs earlier. Standalone and consolidated results approved by Board. Board also approved a scheme of amalgamation of Codifi Finserv Pvt Ltd and SecMark Holding Pvt Ltd into SecMark Consultancy, subject to NCLT, SEBI, stock exchanges and other approvals.
Strong revenue growth and shrinking losses are positive for shareholders. Amalgamation of group entities may simplify structure but needs regulatory clearances.
