Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
SecMark plans to invest up to Rs 48 crore in its wholly owned unit Markets on Cloud or a new subsidiary to establish a Mineral Exchange. The unit may also raise funds from outside investors. Indian Bureau of Mines registration and other approvals are needed. The application is targeted by November 2, 2026. Markets on Cloud reported no turnover in FY2023-24, FY2024-25 and FY2025-26.
The investment could add an exchange and clearing business, but shareholder benefits depend on approvals, execution and final funding and ownership terms.
