Sejal Glass Limited has informed the stock exchanges that the trading window for its securities will be closed from October 1, 2026 for all Designated Persons and Insiders. The closure is to allow finalisation and approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. The Board meeting date to consider these results will be announced separately. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the results are declared and shared with the exchanges.
