ICRA upgraded Senco Gold's credit ratings by one notch across all facilities. Working capital limits (Rs. 2,400 cr) upgraded to [ICRA]A+ (Stable)/A1, Fixed Deposit Programme (Rs. 495 cr) to A+ (Stable), and unallocated limits (Rs. 600 cr) to A+ (Stable)/A1, from A (Stable)/A2+. Care Edge also assigned similar upgrades. Upgrade driven by 33% FY2026 revenue growth (CAGR ~23% over FY20-26), OPM rising to 11.8% from 5.9%, and RoCE of ~20%.
Positive — rating upgrade reflects stronger credit profile, may lower borrowing costs, and acknowledges strong FY2026 performance despite high working capital intensity.
