Senco Gold delivered its highest-ever FY26 performance with revenue of Rs 8,430 Cr (33% YoY growth) and PAT of Rs 574 Cr (261% YoY growth). Q4 FY26 also showed strong momentum with revenue of Rs 1,997 Cr (45% YoY) and PAT of Rs 157 Cr (151% YoY). EBITDA margin expanded significantly to 11.5% in FY26 from 5.8% last year, driven by gains from rising gold, silver and platinum prices, improved product mix and focus on lightweight jewellery. Average gold prices surged 79% YoY, which led to a normalized ~6% reduction in gold volumes, but the company offset this through higher average transaction values and the Old Gold Exchange programme contributing ~44% to FY26 revenue. The company expanded its showroom network to 201 showrooms and received a credit rating upgrade to CARE A+.
Strong financial growth with margin expansion signals operational efficiency. The 261% PAT growth and 33% revenue growth are significantly above guidance, likely to be positive for the stock. However, investors should note that a portion of the margin expansion is tied to gold price gains, which may not be sustainable.
