Approved by Management Committee on Dec 15, 2025. Senores Pharma will acquire 100% of Apnar Pharma Private Limited, a generic formulations maker with US FDA, UK-MHRA and Health Canada approved facility near Vadodara. Total enterprise value about Rs 91 crores, comprising Rs 76 cr debt assumed and Rs 15 cr cash in two tranches (75% by March 2026, 25% by Q2 FY2027). Apnar turnover was about Rs 14.2 cr in FY25.
Adds a regulatory-approved manufacturing unit and expands generic formulations footprint; cash outflow is modest as most of the value is debt takeover.
