On the reaction day the stock moved 12.4 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 12.7 pts more than its Civil Construction peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

SEPC has joined a consortium with Jai Ambey Roadlines and Avinash Transport (JARPL-AT Consortium) to execute a 10-year mining project awarded by South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), a Coal India subsidiary, for the Rampur Batura Opencast Coal Mine in Madhya Pradesh. The aggregate contract value is about Rs 3,300 crore inclusive of GST. SEPC's FY25 revenue was Rs 597.65 crore, so this single order is over five times its annual revenue, sharply boosting revenue visibility and order book strength.
Massive order inflow, more than 5x FY25 revenue, lifts long-term visibility though execution and consortium risks remain.
