SEPC has signed an MOU to join JARPL-AT Consortium as a strategic partner for a Rs. 3,300 crore (inclusive of GST) mining project awarded by South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), a government PSU. The 10-year contract covers excavation, loading, transportation, unloading and surface mining activities at the Rampur Batura Opencast Coal Mine in Madhya Pradesh. SEPC joins the consortium alongside Jai Ambey Roadlines (80 percent) and Avinash Transport (20 percent).
Major 10-year order of around Rs. 3,300 crore significantly boosts long-term revenue visibility and is likely positive for the stock.
