Servotech posted Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 208.11 cr, up 66% YoY, with PAT rising 47% to Rs 11.10 cr from Rs 7.55 cr. EPS was Rs 0.49. Consolidated revenue grew to Rs 216.29 cr with PAT at Rs 7.94 cr. Mr. Digvijay Kapoor resigned as Executive Director (HR) effective July 23 for personal reasons. Mr. Mrityunjay Jha, a 17-year company veteran, takes over as Executive Director (Administration) from July 24.
Strong Q1 with 66% revenue growth shows business momentum. HR director exit has a smooth internal replacement and should not impact operations.
