Servotech Renewable Power System Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Appointment of Mr Abhishek Khandelwal as internal Auditor of the company w.e.f. March 30, 2026.

Servotech Renewable Power System's board, at its meeting on March 30, 2026, approved several leadership changes. Chief Financial Officer Mr. Vikas Bhatia will step down effective end of March 31, 2026, to take up a new role within the company, and current Financial Controller Mr. Vipin Kaushik (a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in finance, taxation, and treasury) will be appointed as the new CFO from April 1, 2026. The board also appointed Mr. Prem Prakash, who brings 25+ years of cross-industry experience including EV infrastructure and consumer durables, as the new Chief Operating Officer from April 1, 2026. The previous COO, Mr. Anil Kumar Yadav, has been re-designated as Head – EPC Planning & Engineering and will continue with the company. Additionally, Mr. Abhishek Khandelwal, a Chartered Accountant with 8+ years in internal audit and risk control, has been appointed as Internal Auditor with immediate effect. All changes were recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.
