For 9 months, revenue rose to Rs228.58cr from Rs116.92cr (about 95% higher) and PAT to Rs85.39cr from Rs57.20cr (about 49% higher). Board approved a Rs400cr investment plan for new subsidiaries in ARC, AIF, insurance broking, and IT services, and introduced an ESOP 2026 scheme of up to 20 lakh shares.
Strong growth in revenue and profit. Ambitious Rs400cr expansion into ARC, AIF, insurance and IT. ESOP of 20 lakh shares may dilute equity.
