On the reaction day the stock moved 0.4 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.5 pts less than its Logistics Solution Provider peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Shadowfax Technologies board approved allotment of 49,098 equity shares (Rs 10 face value) to employees under the SFX ESOP 2016, raising Rs 4.90 lakh. Paid-up capital rose from Rs 586.94 crore to Rs 586.99 crore. Board also approved incorporating a new wholly owned subsidiary in the logistics space, to be funded entirely in cash. Diluted EPS stood at Rs 2.18 for FY26.
Minor ESOP allotment causes small equity dilution; new wholly owned subsidiary supports logistics expansion.
