Shah Foods: Jalan family takes over as promoters, full board overhaul

Shah Foods sees a change in management after the Jalan family (Ankit and Anuj Jalan) completed an open offer and became new promoters. Anuj Jalan is appointed Chairman and Managing Director for 3 years. Two more Jalan family members (Rajkumar Jalan and Daivik Jalan) and three new independent directors join the board. A new CFO (Vikash Agarwal) and Company Secretary (Vishal Jha) are also appointed. The previous Managing Director, three independent directors and the Company Secretary resigned, effective 09 July 2026.
