Shakti Pumps has been empanelled by Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) to supply and install 34,720 off-grid DC solar water pumping systems under the Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump Yojana (PM-KUSUM B scheme). Following the Letter of Empanelment dated 12th August 2025, the MSEDCL portal opened for the company on 27th August 2025 and the first tranche of 10,000 pumps worth approximately Rs. 268.88 Crores (inclusive of GST) was fully booked by farmers within just 1.5 hours. The remaining 24,720 units are expected to be opened in future tranches. The company is also likely to fulfil the entire 34,720-unit order worth an estimated ~Rs. 933 Crores over time.
