Shankara Building Products AGM results: all 5 resolutions passed

Shankara Building Products held its 31st AGM on June 18, 2026 via video conferencing. All 5 resolutions passed with requisite majority, including adoption of FY26 audited financial statements, reappointment of Mr. Dhananjay Mirlay Srinivas as Director, reappointment of Mr. Sukumar Srinivas as Managing Director, appointment of Mr. Medepalli Eswara Rao as Independent Director, and amendment to the main object clause. About 1.22 crore shares (50.52%) were polled. 47 shareholders attended. MD reappointment saw 38,409 votes against; rest had near-unanimous support.
