Chiripal Exim LLP along with Ronak B Chiripal, Savitri Devi V Chiripal and Vineeta V Chiripal (all persons acting in concert from the promoter group) have sold a total of 5,99,686 equity shares of Shanti Educational Initiatives Ltd, representing 0.37% of the company's share capital.
