AGM approves MD re-appointment for 5 years and regularises new director

At the 7th AGM held on 29 September 2026, shareholders of Shantidoot Infra Services approved three items: re-appointment of Managing Director Mr. Avijeet Kumar as a director liable to retire by rotation, regularisation of Mr. Brajesh Vyas as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, and re-appointment of Mr. Avijeet Kumar as Managing Director for a further 5-year term from 24 March 2027 to 24 March 2032. All resolutions passed with requisite majority.
