Items included adoption of FY26 audited financials, re-appointment of Mr. Avijeet Kumar as Director retiring by rotation, regularization of Mr. Brajesh Ranjan Vyas as Non-Executive Director, and re-appointment of Mr. Avijeet Kumar as Managing Director for 5 years.
