Shilpa Singh appointed Managing Director and CFO

Ms. Shilpa Singh, already a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, has been redesignated as Managing Director for 5 years (till 06-Oct-2031) and also appointed as CFO. Both roles are effective 07-Oct-2026 and need shareholder approval. She has 15+ years of experience in media and digital marketing, holds no shares, and is not related to any other director. Board committees were also reconstituted.
