Talwalkars Better Value Fitness board approved key leadership changes on 7 Oct 2026. Ms. Shilpa Singh, already a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, was elevated to Managing Director for 5 years and simultaneously appointed as CFO. She has 15 plus years experience in media and digital marketing and is not related to any director. The MD appointment needs shareholder approval. Board also reconstituted various committees.
