On the reaction day the stock moved 6.2 pts more than its Industrial Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Shining Tools raised Rs 17.10 crore through a fixed-price SME IPO of 1.5 million shares at Rs 114, listed on November 14, 2025. By September 30, 2026, it had used Rs 17.0963 crore: Rs 9.0616 crore for plant and machinery, Rs 3.85 crore for working capital, Rs 2.4847 crore for general purposes and Rs 1.70 crore for IPO expenses. Only Rs 37,000 remained in deposits or bank balances. The company reported no deviation from the approved uses.
No funds were used outside the stated IPO plan. Nearly all funds are deployed, so the remaining Rs 37,000 has little effect on shareholders.
