Board approved unaudited results ended September 30, 2026. Quarter revenue was Rs 11,270.01 lakh versus Rs 8,211.19 lakh a year ago, and net loss narrowed to Rs 2,285.22 lakh from Rs 3,272.97 lakh. Six-month loss was Rs 4,420.02 lakh. Accumulated losses reached Rs 60,249.91 lakh. The auditor flagged doubt about continued operations. Management cited improved grinding, dolomite mining and a proposed merger with JSW Cement.
Higher revenue and lower losses help, but accumulated losses and doubts about continued operations create stock risk. Merger progress may help.
