On the reaction day the stock moved 12.9 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For the half-year ended 30 September 2026, consolidated revenue rose 17.5% year on year to Rs 6,368.13 lakh, but profit after tax fell 59.4% to Rs 209.54 lakh. Standalone profit fell 61.7% to Rs 197.91 lakh. Net cash from operating activities was negative Rs 2,137.18 lakh. Consolidated short-term borrowings rose to Rs 6,530.70 lakh from Rs 3,400.08 lakh in March 2026. The review found no material issue.
Revenue growth did not lift profit or cash, while borrowings rose sharply. This may pressure margins and the stock.

From the company's XBRL filing, not from the text above. Operating profit = profit before tax − exceptional items − other income. EBITDA = profit before tax + finance costs + depreciation − other income.
