All 4 resolutions passed at 5th AGM with 100 percent approval

Shoora Designs Limited held its 5th AGM on September 30, 2026. All 4 resolutions were passed with 100 percent approval. These included adoption of FY26 annual accounts and board report, re-appointment of Mrs. Sejalben Satish Kansodariya as director (522,580 promoter votes marked invalid as interested), appointment of statutory auditor to fill a casual vacancy, and appointment of M/s SSN and Associates as secretarial auditors.
